Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

We do not accept returns for products that are intimate (including earrings and lingerie) accept where they are faulty.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

If you can't find your order number please check the confirmation emails sent, or email us at sales@prettyvintageboutique.co.uk with your delivery postcode

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item returned from overseas and not marked externally as a return causes us to incur import costs that will be deducted from any refund you may be due if this does not happen.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email to notify you that we have received your returned item and any refund has been processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please check your spam or junk folder before emailing us with queries.

If it has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, this can take 3-10 days depending on your method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first recheck your bank account, if you paid by PayPal check there too.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take time (3-10 days) before your refund is officially posted to your account

Next, contact your bank. Again, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@prettyvintageboutique.co.uk so we can investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange it for a similar item, please send a request to sales@prettyvintageboutique.co.uk we can then reserve the item for you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to someone else, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should initiate your request by emailing sales@prettyvintageboutique.co.uk 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
