A striking original vintage long necklace dating from approximately the 1930s to 1940s, featuring deep navy blue elongated beads linked with smaller round spacer beads and aged brass-tone metalwork.
The necklace is made up of smooth rounded rectangular beads in a rich midnight / navy blue, interspersed with small coordinating spherical beads. Each section is individually linked, giving the necklace lovely movement and a wonderfully fluid drape when worn.
Its generous length makes it particularly versatile — wear it as a single long strand for a classic 1930s look or double it for a fuller layered effect.
The simple geometric bead shape gives the necklace a strong Art Deco influence while the dark navy colour makes it incredibly wearable.
