These shoes were designed by the infamous Terry De Havilland. Terrence Higgins professionally known as Terry de Havilland, was an English shoe designer known as the 'Rock n Roll Cobbler he is most famed for his key part in the London fashion scene, with shoes have graced the feet of Marianne Faithfull, Led Zeppelin, Bianca Jagger & Bowie.
These shoes were formally owned (and worn) by the wife of Status Quo original drummer ‘Spud’.
They have a lovely silver leather strap with stem uppers and a diamant strap to the front that graces the foot. A peep to and stiletto heel makes these shoes the opitomy of 70s design.
The shoes are marked a UK5 but measurements are as follows
Inside sole length 9”
Width 3”
They’re in fabulous condition save for a few minor marks and flaws but nothing less that you would expect with their age.
A truly exquisite pair of 1970s shoes
