The draping consists of two layers of chiffon and a silk scarf over layer in bright green.
The embellishments are gold linkages on the scarf ends.
The turban is lined with chiffon fabric.
It has been gently worn and has some minor marks per the photos
The hat size is 22 inches. It fits my 21 1/2 inch head snugly.
