Vintage 1940s Nautical Charm Necklace, Red White Blue Plastic Necklace, Anchor Ship Wheel Star Jewellery
DESCRIPTION
A wonderfully playful vintage nautical necklace featuring a colourful procession of moulded maritime charms in classic red, white and navy blue.
The necklace includes anchors, ship wheels, dimensional stars and charming crescent moons, some decorated with characterful moulded faces. Each individual charm is joined by small brass-tone metal links, creating a beautifully detailed novelty necklace with plenty of movement.
The patriotic red, white and blue colour palette gives the piece a fabulous seaside feel, while the combination of nautical symbols makes it particularly appealing to collectors of unusual vintage costume jewellery.
Believed to date from approximately the 1940s–1950s, this is a delightful and increasingly difficult-to-find example of mid-century novelty jewellery.

As with all vintage jewellery, there may be minor signs of age and previous wear. Please examine all photographs carefully, as these form an important part of the description.
