Vintage 1960s 70s Burgundy Men's Button Braces – Leather Trim Traditional Trouser Suspenders

Description

A handsome pair of vintage men's traditional button braces in a rich burgundy wine colour, dating approximately from the 1960s to 1970s.

Made from substantial elasticated webbing with contrasting tan leather fittings and traditional woven button loops, designed to attach to brace buttons inside the waistband of tailored trousers.

The deep burgundy colour is particularly smart and works beautifully with tweed, flannel, countrywear and traditional high-waisted tailoring. Metal adjusters allow the braces to be altered for fit, while the leather rear junction completes the classic design.

A very wearable vintage menswear accessory and a great finishing touch for heritage, country or period-inspired tailoring.
