Fantastic original pair of vintage Pretty Polly Super Tights, retained in their original period packaging and dating from around the late 1960s to early 1970s.
The packaging is particularly evocative of the period, with the colourful floral PP Pretty Polly logo, fashion photography and the wonderfully period slogan “No Girdle • No Suspenders • Vision Heel.”
Described by Pretty Polly as sheer, seamfree, run-resist stretch tights with a reinforced pantie, these represent the changing hosiery fashions of the late 1960s as tights became an everyday alternative to stockings and suspenders.
This particular packet also retains an EXPORT sticker, adding another interesting detail for the collector.
