A superb vintage bespoke gentleman's tweed suit comprising a matching waistcoat and trousers, expertly tailored by Todhouse Reynard (Norwich) Ltd, an independent Norfolk tailor based on historic Tombland in Norwich.
This handsome set features a classic brown and olive herringbone tweed woven with subtle rust and blue overchecks, giving it that unmistakable British country house aesthetic. The waistcoat is fully lined with a satin back and adjustable buckle, while the trousers are beautifully cut with double forward pleats, button side adjusters, turn-up hems and leather-trimmed pocket openings.
Originally made to measure for its first owner, whose handwritten name remains on the tailor's label, this is a wonderful example of traditional British bespoke tailoring.
